Soak the chia seeds in 1/3 water for 10min and chop the broccoli
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a muffin tin with 6 liners
Whisk all the ingredients together
Pour the ingredients evenly into the muffin tin
Bake for 20 min until the egg is baked through
