Zen Smoothie

Do you love green tea (or matcha :))? This is one of my favourite smoothies for slow mornings when you need a little pick-me-up without feeling jittery. This recipe is packed with 20g of protein and 3 servings of veggies.

 

I’ve invited Josh to try out what’s in this refreshing morning treat!

Zen Smoothie

This creamy, sweet and refreshing smoothie is one of our favourite healthy go-to breakfasts!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp matcha powder

  • 1 cup baby spinach, packed

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/4 cup celery, diced

  • 1/2 avocado, diced

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender in the given order and blend until smooth.
