"I want my clients to enjoy their health with confidence".  The field of holistic nutrition is based on an evidence-based scientific approach to support the body by providing the nutrients it needs to heal. A holistic nutritionist is a specialized wellness professional who helps clients improve their health using natural foods and products instead of treating isolated symptoms.

  • I work full-time. Do I have time to take this course?
Yes, absolutely. This course was designed with working, busy professionals in mind. Tahlia will lead one, 2.5 hour-long Zoom session per week on Thursday evenings. Outside of that, expect curated readings and virtual events to meet your fellow peers. In total, you'll likely spend around 3-4 hours a week on this course.
  • Do I have to attend all of the live sessions in real-time?
It's totally ok if you miss a session or two. We record every Zoom session and make it available for download in Canvas LMS at your convenience.
  • Tahlia is coaching me now, how is this any different?"
This course isn't comprised of coaching sessions; it's designed to provide participants with a solid bedrock of knowledge in areas around immunity, vaccine detoxing, self-care, and reproductive health in the context of COVID-19.
  • Will I work with other students? Will I get feedback on my work?
You won't work directly with other participants, but you will join in on asynchronous, text-based discussions (optional). These are great for learning from others' experiences. There will also be little quizzes throughout the course to help you retain information.
