Triglyceride to high-density lipoprotein ratio calculator
The HDL cholesterol is an indicator of how well your liver is producing this healthy type of cholesterol. If your triglyceride levels are high, your HDL levels usually decrease. On the other hand, as your body becomes healthier, your triglyceride levels decrease and your HDL levels increase. It's important to pay attention to the ratio between these two values.
