It's was snowy and slushy outside lately.
To prevent myself from slipping into the Netflix & Chill pattern in my downtime, I incorporate a 10-15 min workout session every day from ToneItUp Studio. I will link their YouTube Channel here . There are so many workouts to choose from. I have to admit, I can't keep up with the routines perfectly so I encourage you to focus on having fun and keep challenging yourself.
To make the most out of your workouts, I recommend taking advantage of the 1-hour window post workout to feed your muscles some quality protein. This will support your muscles recovery, help them become more toned and stronger.
I've been loving this chocolate banana smoothie as my post workout snack. But you can totally have it for breakfast or as a snack anytime of the day.
Cacao powder is such a great mood booster and it provides many antioxidants and minerals. You might also want to try this no-bake brownie batter bites recipe (click here).
