The Best Way To Enjoy Kale

Kale has a mild taste, but for most people, the texture is always a challenge. Transform the dry, tasteless kale into a smooth, crunch treat you can’t stop having!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale of your choice (I recommend the green curly type for beginners)

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (or fresh lemon juice)

 

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, drizzle the kale pieces with olive oil and vinegar. massage the kale with your hands. Grab the kale with both of your hands, crunch and rub them together until they becomes roughly about half of their original size.

Notes

  • Keep fresh in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.
