It’s easy to fall off the wagon when you forget to stock up on leafy greens and buy probiotics. I fell in love with this blend because it’s so easy to travel with in case you don’t have all the fresh ingredients you need for your healthy morning routine.

How to Do a ‘Green-Shot’

If I’m really short on ingredients, one of my morning self-care non-negotiable items is making a ‘green-shot’. Simply add a scoop of this powder in about 100 ml water and take it as a ‘green shot’.

I designed this smoothie recipe to restore the body’s nutrients to optimal levels. The nourishing ingredients provide the vitamins and minerals your body needs to rebuild your energy after a stressful day or a long trip.

Naturally sweetened green smoothie to rebuild your energy after a long day!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp plant-based vanilla protein powder

  • 2 scoops (16 g) Udo's Choice Beyond Greens powder

  • 1 cups baby spinach

  • 1/2 medium-sized zucchini, cut into chunks

  • 1 stalk celery, cut into chunks

  • 1/2 medium-sized avocado, cut into chunks

  • 1/2 cups blueberries

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

 

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together in a blender until creamy smooth.
