Cranberry Cheer Smoothie Recipe

Who says smoothies are only for the summer? I would love to share this festive recipe that help you use up the leftover cranberries from making cranberry sauce and also gear up your immune system and energy level this winter while everyone else is binging on comfort foods.

Cranberries are packed with mother nature’s gift (proanthocyanidins and anthocyanins) that help your body defend against colds and flus, and detoxifies the body gently to prepare your body for the coming spring.

Plus, ladies, the D-mannose sugar also protect you from UTI by blocking bacteria from adhering to the urinary tract lining.

Also, I added a pinch of ginger to sweeten up the recipe. I talked about ginger’s benefit in this blog post, click here to read more (also you will learn how to make the healthiest gingerbread men).
