Berry Spinach Power Blend Smoothie

This smoothie is a great way to start your day. It's so delicious and creamy and it's the first green smoothie I really enjoyed. Hope this recipe will help get your day off to a great start as well!

 

Berry Spinach Power Blend Smoothie

Serves: 3

Prep Time: 5 min

Total Time: 10 min

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 cups filtered water (more if needed)

1 banana

3 tsp almond butter

2 cup frozen blueberries

3 cup spinach

1/2 long English cucumber, diced

3 scoops vegan fermented protein powder ( I love Genuine Health Vanilla )

2 tsp spirulina (optional)

 

Direction

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender in the given order and blend until smooth.

Make-ahead Tip

Portion the solid ingredients into 3 jars. Keep them refrigerated and add the liquid the day you are having the smoothie. Keep refrigerated for 2 days.
